ABOUT US · SINCE 1992

More than three decades doing what we do best.

We run the socio-family contingency service of some of the most demanding companies in Europe, with specialised teams, our own methodology and strict confidentiality protocols.

OUR CONVICTION

Firma Quattro was born in 1992 from one conviction: the personal problems of the workforce are also the company's problem.

We are not an NGO

We don't depend on grants or volunteering. We are a professional social-intervention firm.

We are not a wellbeing programme

We don't sell emotional salary or meditation apps. We resolve real crises with a clinical methodology.

We are outsourced intervention

A firm that has an impact on its clients' bottom line.

Trajectory

From Ana Hernández's insight in 1984 to the contingency of multinationals.

1984

Our discipline

Social work is a scientific discipline. And as such, it applies a method.

We work under the «Case Work» model: a systematic intervention that addresses the person as a whole, like a Swiss watch in which every part must fit — individual, family, group and community dimension, and every sphere in which they interact.

01

Study and analysis

We gather and organise the social, family and financial information of each situation.

02

Social diagnosis

We identify deficits and strengths with technical judgement, supported by the I.F.Q. Index.

03

Professional prescription

We define and carry out the intervention plan, process resources and follow up.

Differential assets

Four assets no one else on the market has.

A

Corporate Firewall

We intervene in workforce crises while ensuring that management and HR are never exposed to sensitive medical, criminal or financial information, save in exceptional cases.

B

I.F.Q. Subsistence Index

A proprietary algorithm, registered as a scientific work, that mathematically demonstrates — weighting income, dependent children or disability — whether a family is below the subsistence threshold.

C

Social X-Ray

Management reports with aggregated, anonymised data. They let leadership anticipate the real problems of its workforce and steer its CSR and benefits policies, adding them to the annual reports.

D

Proprietary Professional Development Model

A professional development model unique in its application of the «Case Work» clinical method, ensuring rigour, consistency and technical quality in every intervention.

Team

The team behind every intervention.
