Social consulting is a service of response, guidance and professional support. It replaces no one inside the organisation: it brings the social judgement that is missing at the moment a decision has to be made. It is contracted by assignment and has a beginning and an end, unlike continuous support for the workforce. It is always delivered under strict confidentiality, and the assignment covers the management of conflicts, barriers and complex situations that touch the personal, family, working, educational, health and/or legal spheres at the same time.

Social judgement in the decisions that affect people
This is the main field of the service. We support senior management, people teams and committees in decisions whose social impact does not show up on a spreadsheet.
- Employee benefits. Design and review of the benefits policy: what genuinely covers a need of the workforce and what is spending with no social return.
- Collective agreements. A social reading of the negotiation and of the social measures the agreement contains, before signing them and when applying them.
- Equality plans. Technical advice on the diagnosis, the measures and their follow-up, from a Social Work perspective.
