That is why we train in two directions. The professionals in the social field who want to sharpen their judgement and technique (the social report, the forensic report, intervention in complex situations…). And the companies, organisations and public bodies that need their managers to understand what is happening to their workforce: anyone who cannot recognise a social problem in time ends up managing it as a performance problem, which is when it affects the bottom line through indicators such as absenteeism, sick leave, presenteeism and/or turnover.
