(hereinafter, FIRMA QUATTRO), owner of the website www.firmaquattro.com, informs you below of how it processes your data.

FIRMA QUATTRO guarantees that the personal data of the Users of its website will be processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, complying in all cases with the obligations and safeguards arising from the legislation.

FIRMA QUATTRO has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as the circumstances that would require one do not apply. Any question regarding your personal data may be addressed to the contact person indicated.

What information do we collect?

We inform you below of the category of information we collect directly from you, which includes:

  • Personal information such as name and surname, e-mail address, job title, contact details and the name of the organisation you belong to.
  • The communications you have with us by e-mail or by telephone.

When you describe a personal or family situation to us so that we can assess whether we are able to help you, you may provide us with special categories of data (for example, health or financial situation). Such data are processed only with your explicit consent and to the extent strictly necessary to deal with your enquiry, and are subject to the professional secrecy of Social Work.

For what purpose are the data collected?

We inform you that we process the personal data you provide for the following purposes:

  • Attending to Users who visit our website and raise an enquiry.
  • Providing information about the services offered on the website.
  • Managing professional and commercial relationships with Users who have expressed interest in our services and have contacted us.

How are the data obtained?

The data reach the controller from the data subjects themselves or from Users of the FIRMA QUATTRO website, either by e-mail or by telephone. The website does not include forms: contact is always initiated by the User.

The origin of these data is the responsibility of the Users who provide them, who must guarantee the authenticity and currency of all the data communicated to FIRMA QUATTRO, each person being the guarantor of the authenticity of the data they provide.

What is the lawful basis for the processing?

The processing of personal information requires a lawful basis. The legal bases on which the processing of the data is founded are as follows:

  • The consent of the data subject, given when contacting FIRMA QUATTRO and providing their data (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). For special categories of data, their explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)).
  • The performance of a contract or the taking of pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject, from the moment their professional or commercial relationship with FIRMA QUATTRO begins (Article 6(1)(b)).

Data retention period

In compliance with the principle of storage limitation and in accordance with the applicable legislation in force, we inform you that personal data will be kept and processed for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected in each case.

Where a contractual and/or commercial relationship is maintained between the parties, the data will be kept for the time required by the applicable legislation in force; once those periods have ended, the personal data will be erased.

Notwithstanding the above, a longer retention period may be established by mandatory legal provision for reasons of legal certainty and in order to deal with claims by users.

How can users exercise their rights?

As a user of the website, you have the following rights over your personal information:

  • The right to request access to the personal information we collect, so that you may have control over it.
  • The right to request the rectification of inaccurate data.
  • The right to request the erasure of your data (right to be forgotten) when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
  • The right to restriction of the processing of your personal information, by asking us to retain it.
  • The right to object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances and on grounds relating to your particular situation. Your personal information will cease to be processed for those purposes to which you have objected.
  • The right to request the portability of your data to another controller.
  • The right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), through its website: https://www.aepd.es/.

You may exercise your rights free of charge and receive a response within the time limits established by the data protection legislation in force, by sending a duly signed written request indicating the right you wish to exercise, addressed to FIRMA QUATTRO at the postal address indicated in this text, with the reference «Data protection», or to the e-mail address info@firmaquattro.com.

Automated decisions on personal data

FIRMA QUATTRO does not profile its Users or take automated decisions.

Security and confidentiality measures

FIRMA QUATTRO is committed to guaranteeing the security, secrecy and confidentiality of the personal data of the Users of the website. For this reason, in compliance with the legislation in force, we undertake to adopt rigorous security measures and appropriate technical means to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised access of your personal data.

Accordingly, the personal data that FIRMA QUATTRO collects through communications or contact with the Users of its website will be processed in absolute confidentiality; we undertake to keep them secret and guarantee the duty to safeguard them by adopting all necessary and reasonable measures to prevent their alteration, loss and unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

In order to fulfil the purposes described, Users’ data may be communicated to third parties outside FIRMA QUATTRO where necessary in order to provide the services satisfactorily.
